What the petition asks

Our dear freind sarah redfern was killed by a drunk driver last year who only recieved 9 years and out of that will only serve 4 and half...its disgracefull that somebody can take a life in such a awful way and be out enjoying there own life again in a few years ! We need the law changing now!!

The driver of the car also left the scene and failed to report what had happend as did the 5 other people in the car!
