What the petition asks

The CSA needs to be reformed as the process does not work for anybody. The CSA have been brutal towards fathers taking up to 60% of there monthly wage causing poverty this is just wrong. The CSA only listen to one side of the argument this is wrong as they only get half a story.

The CSA structure needs to be reformed the father payee should be able to choose how he makes his payment. This should consist of paying into a savings account or food/clothes vouchers for children only the resident parent should never receive cash because the CSA do not monitor what they spend this on. Any payment for the child should be only for the child in question food clothes school items etc. the CSA have been extremely harsh on fathers and this needs to change!
