by opting to removing tax on an NHS employees bankshift / overtime , many healthcare professionals will find more work, There will be a significant decrease in staff shortages. Improved service user care. Moreover it will be cost effective in the long run as Staff trained by their own Trust are retained, gain more knowledge and skills ready to be passed on. Safety will be paramount due to familliarity with protocols and equipment thereby saving TIME and resources.
