Make unused MOD land & property available for charities supporting veterans

What the petition asks
With the downsizing of military services and closures of barracks allow the land and property to be utilised by charities like Help the Heroes, Soldiers of Off the Streets and PTSD Resolution for supporting homelessness and rehabilitation of ex-services personnel.
Catterick Garrison, Claro Barracks, Allanbrooke, Leeming Bar, RAF Dishforth, Marne Barracks are all local to me yet Help the Heroes have no Northern regional office. There must be space at one of these MOD facilities to accommodate them. With barracks closing why can't they be used for homeless veterans? Why can't the empty properties be used for rehabilitation centres? There is an existing infrastructure that is going to waste, and in some instances becoming derelict, and thats just in North Yorkshire!!!
