Make the BBC roll-out Have Your Say (comments section) on all BBC articles

What the petition asks
Like many people I go on the BBC news website every day and on occasion I find that there's an article with the HYS function. However many readers are getting frustrated with the selection of HYS articles. This petition asks the BBC to allow all readers to comment on all news articles.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
The BBC is an independent body governed by a Royal Charter. Under the terms of that Charter, the BBC is operationally and editorially independent of government and
there is no provision for the government to intervene in the BBC’s day-to-day operations.
