It is time for a TOTAL ban on cold calling. Make it a criminal offence

What the petition asks
it is getting quite ludicrous now how many cold nuisance calls we all receive in a day, no matter the day of the week or time of day. It is time to put a stop to it once and for all. It should be a criminal offence with massive fines or even inprisonment for repeat offenders
