A Hospital is a place for those who have suffered injury and/or trauma.
It should not be a battleground where often Medical Staff, Paramedics and Patients are threatened or assaulted.
Specific Offences should be created to protect those working in Hospital or who are patients.

Firstly one to prevent drunken, violent or disorderly behaviour on Hospital grounds or premises being used for medical purposes.
Secondly to protect Medical Staff, Paramedics or Patients an offence should be created to enable prosecution. Where violence or threats of violence is made against Medical Staff, Paramedics or Patients. This offence can be committed anywhere NHS personnel are working.
