Childs rights to be put first before absent fathers/mothers

Closed 35 signatures

What the petition asks

To stop absent fathers/mothers to be allowed access to there children who can not verbally communicate to stop emotional abuse and parental rights denied until they can financially provide for there child and have an input in there upbringing as a role model to look up to.
Until proven absent parents can bond and look after there child and make them feel safe parental rights to absent fathers/mothers should not be in place or equal. No father/mother is forced to see there child but a mother/father and child with PR are falsed to upset a child's upbringing by emotional abuse to parents who have used the term "he/she stopped me"
Family Law needs to be changed for the sake of the children. Emotional abuse effects you from a young age, access to be granted once communication is in place with parent and child
