What the petition asks

My daughter moved property still owing £47.00 to TV licencing and simply forgot to pay off this figure, whilst paying her TV licence in her new property. The BBC prosecution team prosecuted her, sent her to court and they instructed baliffs to destroy her life and give her a criminal record. Help !

I simply want to enlighten everyone that you can all become criminals very easily all because the BBC insists on creating criminal records for those who do not agree with paying for the propoganda machine and pedophile harbouring corporation and those like my daughter who simoly moved and was never told if her conviction until the brutal bailiffs came trying to extort £357.00 fpr a £47.00 fine!
