If a petition reaches 100,000. All mp's must attend parliament to debate it

What the petition asks
How can what we live in be considered a democracy, if only a handful of mp's turn up to debate an issue that a large proportion of voters feel strongly about . While the rest of the mp's consider it of too little importance to turn up .If it concerned their wages or pension they would all turn up.
It is not enough just to recall parliament if a petition reaches 100,000 votes while the mp's are on their summer holiday ( as a currently running petition proposes). As this would not necessarily guarantee that all mp's attend
