Stop the touts by closing ticket re-selling sites

What the petition asks
Online ticket re-selling websites are becoming gateways for people to buy tickets for events they have no intention of attending, and sell at an inflated price. This could be concerts, sporting/children's events, etc. This removes ability to purchase tickets through the proper outlets.
These sites should be banned by law.
