What the petition asks

3rd of September a Judge in Limoges, France took away part of a UK War pension to give to her ex partner, because that partner does not work! The judge commented "I don't care about laws protecting war pensioners" I think they are nonsense and I don't care what injuries you sustained whilst serving.

Please please support this case and help this Veteran through a tough time. Get this judge to reverse her ruling and prevent this veteran from going to prison. Helen has been threatened with 1 month prison away from her family if she does not pay 4000€ by October 2015 when no criminal offence has been committed. EU, UK and French laws were ignored. Evidence was not taken into account and Human rights were totally ignored! As a Veteran of 10 years, Helen deserves better!
