Stop the entry to the UK of migrants given passports in other EEC countries

What the petition asks
The resources of the UK are already overstretched, vital services struggle to cope, many of our own families go without and not being able to decide ourselves as to who gains entry worsens the situation. We have quota limits and passports issued in other EEC countries should not add to this quota.
