Enforce/inform the public to move left on the motorway while not overtaking

What the petition asks
The government spend millions on roadworks to handle the constant increase in congestion. Yet much of this issue is caused by drivers sitting in the right lanes.
We believe informing the public using signage and advertising will help remind them of the rules while driving and reduce congestion

After driving up and down the m1 constantly for the last year I've found that very often you get someone sat in the middle lane causing a long Que of people in the right lane trying to overtake. Sometimes eventually 1 person in the air gets fed up and goes up behind them and flashes to get their attention and they suddenly realise what they are doing and move left. After discussions with friends they also agree and we think if that person had seen a sign reminding them then they may have moved.
