What the petition asks
House REFUGEES in empty army barracks, train the Men and then return them to their countries whilst their families stay safe here, pay them a wage which the family can spend in UK around base who are badly affected since the army moved out. Problem solved and no cost to British soldiers lives.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
It seems that you would like the Government to offer military training to male refugees so that they can return to their country of origin to fight. The Government is not responsible for the actions of people if they have returned to another country.
