What the petition asks

My fiance is a American who has lived and worked in UK for 10 years he's always payed his taxes and NI and never been on benefits. His visa was refused on the grounds of they made assumptions of validity of our relationship which have proven to be over 2 years +. Never been a issue until now

We have sent 20+ references from people whom have known us for years and some through his work that have been accepted previously. And now are not accepted this time round. So we have resent them handsigned.They have stated he left the country June 2014 on a visiting visa the same time we got engaged in Wales, which we have proven. Alex bish from BBC radio 1 has personally interviewed scott and be putting it on air to the public and he said "was shocked they turned down a American". Please sign
