What the petition asks
The families of 50+ Kuwaiti stateless persons are stranded in Jordan (about 400+ women and children) because the Home Office refused, and is now delaying judgment on, their cases for Family Reunion. They have by now been stuck there for over four years; their mental and physical health is at risk.
"My family reunion has been delayed and the delay has had an adverse impact on my health. I am disabled and have difficulty looking after myself and I live alone, my family has now been waiting 3 years, they are living in misery, especially my children. I humbly request to allow my small family to live with me for what my medical reports tell me will surely be the last days of my life." - a refugee.
