What the petition asks

Pushpa Kamal Dahal, also know as Prachanda is a person who was directly involved in killing of over 16000 innocent lives in Nepal in the name of civil war against constitutional Monarchy. He later successfully became the PM of Nepal and renowned as a most corrupted leader in south Asia.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

Under UK and international law, visiting heads of foreign governments have immunity from legal process, and cannot be arrested or detained.
