What the petition asks
In the media and social networking they have free reign to mock and ridicule people living with this very misunderstood debilitating condition. And because of the fact that no one is ever brought to task it gives the go ahead for children and adults to be mercilessly .
Even our Prime minister David Cameron fell foul of misrepresenting Tourettes when he compared Ed Balls's heckling as to someone with Tourette's .Many comedians add tourette jokes to their comedy routines . Lee Mack , Leigh Francis, and many more are happy to mock this disability .This situation could not happen or be allowed to happen to other disabilities or with a whole host of other conditions, but for some reason it's ok to mock and ridicule Tourettes . https://youtu.be/4O5SzAUcJt0
