Tony Blair to stand trial for war crimes against Iraq.

Rejected 16 signatures

What the petition asks

Tony Blair should stand trial for war crimes if the Chilcot Inquiry rules the former prime minister broke international law by invading Iraq in 2003.
The legality of the invasion and occupation of Iraq has been widely debated. The then United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan said in September 2004 that: "From our point of view and the UN Charter point of view, it [the war] was illegal."

Tony Blair should not get away with an illegal invasion of another country that led to over one million innocent people being killed.
