What the petition asks

Living in Golborne near Wigan does have it's benefits, BUT, there are real disadvantages. The Anti Social Behaviour of a select few are making peoples lives a misery and putting the lives of people and animals at risk.

Local residents have called on the Police and Local Council to assist and have got nowhere and are now wanting to take things into their own hands and stand up to these ignorant people who have no regard for other people's feelings or property.
The mess that has been left after their late night antics is out of control and to top it all off we are now hearing firearms. Animals have been severely injured while these antics are going on and this is now time to take action by taking things into our won hands!
