What the petition asks

To remove the NHS surcharge for dependents employed in UK and are already paying National Insurance every month. This petition is to avoid paying twice for the same NHS service for no reason. UKBA needs to re-think and amend the rules regarding NHS surcharge for employed dependents in UK.
