Make it law that all first time mothers to give birth in hospital

What the petition asks

We the undersigned wish for it to be made law that 1st time mums, mums with miscarriage history and mums over 35 to only give birth in a fully equipped hospital and not at home or in birthing centres.

So many babies are dying because they were not born in fully-equipped hospitals.
Too many families are being left heartbroken and having their lives shattered all for choosing the wrong place to have their babies.
