Public inquiry into the immediate closure of Bootham Hospital with apology.

What the petition asks

Between February 2012 - September 2015, CCG and CQC carried out risk assessments and inspections on Bootham Park Hospital, York for people with mental illness. In this time the same problems were highlighted and according to CQC, still not improved. It lead to the immediate closure of the hospital.
Problems within the services had been highlighted and presented by York MP Rachael Maskell previously in her maiden speech.

CQC published detailed report of previous inspection noting areas where it had failed and actions needed for improvement.
