Make Self balancing Scooters legal to use on public land.

What the petition asks
We would like self balancing scooters such as the "Swegway" legal to use on public land such as pavements And to have section 72 of the Highway Code changed to stop police being able to fine self balancing scooter riders.
The CPS released a statement saying that self balancing scooters were illegal to use if not on private land due to section 72 of the Highway Code.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
