What the petition asks
All other European Union Nationals over 18 who are resident in the UK for at least 3 years should have a say in The European Union Referendum.
The European Union Referendum Bill should make it clear that the franchise will follow broadly the same rules as the local government elections in order to allow all other E.U. nationals residents in the UK for at least 3 years to vote in The European Union Referendum.
