Legalise the usage of pyrotechnics at all football grounds across the UK

What the petition asks
Legalising the usage of all pyrotechnics (flares, smoke grenades, ect) would reduce crime rate, create jobs and reduce the amount of policing at games.
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
We're not sure exactly what action you would like the UK Government or Parliament to take. We think that you would like pyrotechnics to be legal at football matches (rather than at football grounds), but this is not completely clear from your petition.
As you will probably know, fireworks displays do sometimes take place at football grounds - it is the use of pyrotechnics during football games that is against the law.
