Prevent the Kennel Club from setting breed standards for Jack Russell Terriers

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

For over 100 years the Kennel Club has refused to recognise the Jack Russell Terrier as a pedigree breed. Now it has decided to change this policy.
We feel that setting breed standards for such a healthy breed will lead to interbreeding and destroy the character of the Jack Russell Terier.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

The decisions of the Kennel Club are not the responsibility of the Government or Parliament. You could write directly to the Kennel Club to raise this issue.
