What the petition asks
It is a crime to lie to HMRC.
It is a crime to lie/perjure yourself in court.
It SHOULD be made a crime for the government to lie to the public / mislead them on election promises.
A vote of no confidence or criminal prosecution should be raised as this is tantamount to fraud.
