Bring back British High Commission’s UK Visa & Immigration Service to Bangladesh
Rejected
10 signatures
What the petition asks
The British High Commission’s UK Visa and Immigration Service in Bangladesh has been relocated to New Delhi, India since October 2014. This has resulted in major difficulties, delays and access denials for applicants who require visas to visit the UK.
There has been a significant loss in confidence from Bangladeshi Nationals in the British High Commission who feel that this is a fundamental injustice. The relocation has been made without any consultation which has also caused distress for Bangladeshi Nationals. In a country where poverty is rife, this is an unfair judgement which hinders Bangladeshi Nationals chances of visiting the UK.
