What will the Tory Government do about the rising use of food banks?
Rejected

What the petition asks
With people in work food banks are being used. This is disgraceful, people on benefits need food banks. Why in 2015 in a civilised world is this possible?
The cause is obviously due to the Tories unrelentless attack on the poor. Who will speak up for them? It is a disgusting country where people in work have to use food banks.
Why wont we concentrate on the issues surrounding the sudden explosion in food banks? The government know the issues and refuse to acknowledge them.
Iain Duncan Smith in all his austerity glory knows the issues unless he has no clue and therefore not fit for office.
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to contain a clear request for a specific action. If you could start a petition with a request for action, we could look at this again.
