What the petition asks
Over the last 26 years as a family we have robustly campaigned to get closure which will lead to Kishni Mahay gaining dignity in death, for her to finally rest in peace and as a family we can finally move on by achieving this long-awaited closure (initiated by a debate within the Houses of Commons).
In unison we feel there exists a deliberate/systematic ploy to conceal the truth and as a result a miscarriage of justice has resulted in filling the void where Justice should be freely residing supported by an unbiased and transparent investigation. Clear breaches were incurred that point to the need for a fresh public inquiry. This E-Petition will act as an integral pre-requisite to rewrite history to reflect the truth and conclude that no person is above the Law irrespective of who they are.
