What the petition asks
My sons fought for his dog to be allowed home on the dogs index and won at crown court, only now the council won't allow him to keep it in council property because it's on the index, so it's either give his dog away which you cannot do on the index or loose his home
My sons dog is 3 years old n he's had her since a puppy he didn't know she was pit bull type until police assessed her, it's taken two years to fight to get her back thru crown court appeal and now council won't allow it on there property because the pet policy has changed and you can't keep a dog on the index in council property, this needs changing people's dogs are being put down because of this new pet policy or people are loosing there homes
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
This is a decision for Leeds City Council, not the UK Government or Parliament.
