What the petition asks

My son is one of many who is being failed by the system. He is 13yrs old and has High Functioning Aspergers and Challenging Behaviour. The law states ALL children have a legal right to edcuation. However, does not provide this following exclusion and has no law on specific minimum requirements.

Due to spontaneous outbursts of aggression due to anxiety&frustration he, like many others has been excluded from mainstream schools&permanently excluded from in County&out of County provisions. Due to lack of experience&appropriate restraint training etc no specialist placements will take him. He's home 24/7 with no education, no support/respite for him or family. Many children&families being failed in UK. A child kept from school = parents in Court, however no law to provide. Double standards
