What the petition asks
Many of the decisions being made about our children's education go against what good evidence suggests is beneficial. If the decisions made are backed up by practice informed evidence over biased research based evidence. We can be more confident in the appropriate education for our children.
increased pressure on our children is having a detrimental effect on their mental health. There has been a 25% increase in referrals to CAMHS since 2012 http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm201415/cmselect/cmhealth/342/34205.htm
