Save Bradley Park Golf Course

Rejected 18 signatures

What the petition asks

Bradley Park Golf Course is under threat of closure as the 120 acres site has been identified by Kirklees Council as a potential site for over 2000 new houses. This housing development would see the complete closure of our course.
We need all golfers, neighbours and friends of Bradley Park to help fight against this development.

The first part of the redevelopment process is a consultation period which starts on Monday 9th November and runs for 6 weeks until 21st December.

In short, we have just 6 weeks to get the site off the development plan and keep this highly regarded public facility open. We urge everyone to sign this petition to help save one of the best municipal courses in the UK.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
