Petition · past parliament

David Cameron should resign from his position as prime minister.

Rejected 12 signatures

What the petition asks

David Cameron has consistently failed in his duty to the British people and has not kept the promises made to his electorate. The country is in a bigger economic downturn, and he continues to squander the public's money on affairs that do not benefit the British people.
Working people are £1,600 a year worse off under his Government, borrowing is going up so far this year and exports have fallen behind our competitors.

The NHS overspent by £930m in three months this year and is on course for an annual deficit of at least £2bn, in what regulators described as its worst financial crisis in a generation, yet he keeps pouring moneys overseas.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

The resignation of an individual Minister is not a matter for the Government or Parliament as a whole.

If you would like the Government to change its policy, you could start a petition calling for the change you want to see.
