Deny David Cameron £10m for private plane when the country is in austerity

Rejected 15 signatures

What the petition asks

David Cameron wants a plane to jet around the world on government business, the U.K. Simply cannot afford £10m on a plane for the PM especially when this government is taking so much from poorest in society, this must not be allowed to happen.
NHS being stripped of funding
Police being stripped of funding
Fire & rescue stripped of funding
Councils being stripped of funding
Welfare stripped of funding

We are all being told there is no money, yet government thinks it's ok to spend £10m on a private "airforce 1" for the PM

That £10m and it's running costs thereafter could be better spent on the above services
