Big business should pay the same hourly rate in one county as they do in another

What the petition asks
Companies often pay different hourly rates in one county than they do in others, This doesn't create a level playing field across the country as a whole and leads to poverty. It's time those guilty companies took responsibility and are forced to help fund social care, education, housing and health.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
Your petition seems to be calling on companies to take this action.
If you would like the Government or Parliament to take action on this - for example, by requiring companies by law to pay the same rates across the UK - you could start a petition asking for that.
