Introduce stronger punishment for animal abuse

What the petition asks
A petition for Chunky the chihuahua, a dog who was savagely attacked by a group of teenagers, drugged, beaten for hours and burnt, yet miraculously survived. These teenagers were simply banned from keeping pets for 5 years. This is not sufficient and does not reflect the brutality of the crime.
