What the petition asks
Now that MPs have voted for airstrikes against Daesh in Syria, Britain should also be pursuing every other action possible which will help the civil war end as soon as possible.
Airstrikes alone will not defeat Daesh, and supporting other measures should foster much-needed political unity.

- Proposing and supporting investigations into where Daesh's arms, money and fighters come from, especially focusing on the Turkish border and individuals in Saudi Arabia
- Imposing sanctions against any country or person found to be directly or indirectly funding, assisting, or facilitating the flow of arms, money, and fighters to Daesh
- Working fully with Russia, Iran, and other countries at Vienna to achieve a diplomatic solution
- Supporting a humanitarian response to refugees
