Adopt a policy, which delays foreign investors from bulk buying houses in the UK

What the petition asks
One of the main reasons for our current housing crisis are empty homes which were bought as investment assets, thus we should adopt a policy which prevents foreign investors and immigrants from buying more than one residential property, unless they have been UK residents for more than 3 years.
“In 2011 there were 1.1 million household spaces unoccupied by usual residents, up from 0.9 million in 2001 (a 21 per cent rise).”
