What the petition asks

The removal of legal aid for family law is unjust families are being torn apart because parents who cannot afford legal assistance are having to represent themselves and don't know the first thing about the law or how to present their case.
Father's/Mother's are being accused of emotional abuse

Each and every day children's services are accusing parents of emotional abuse they are not going into historics of cases that have already been to court etc children are being removed from a parent who has had their children for years and given back to the other parent because the other parent is crying domestic abuse emotional abuse when they don't even live with the other parent courts are not going into historics ???
