Petitions must carry boxes for signing agreement, abstention & disagreement.

I receive from time to time requests from change.org & Which, requests to support petitions. Some I sign because I agree with their campaign and some I do not sign. I agree with the ability of people to organise a petition but we should be allowed to register abstention & disagreement as well.

This petition mentions change.org and Which. The Government and Parliament could not make changes to those petitions sites.
