Exert pressure on the Prime Minister to call the EU referendum in 2016.

What the petition asks

The PM has consistently stalled for more time, quoting a renegotiation of EU terms; however as nothing has been achieved during that period, the only remaining option is to ask the people of the UK for a definitive opinion on whether the UK leaves the EU or not as soon as practicable.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

Have an early referendum on the in/out of the EU by May 2016.
