When Child Arrangements Orders are breached enforcement should be automatic

What the petition asks
Where Shared Residency isnt possible Family Court assigns Residency to one parent and Contact to the other.
In many cases the Resident parent prevents contact.
In this scenario it should be the courts responsibility to apply its own enforcement penalties rather than disregarding breaches.

In this scenario it should be the courts responsibility to apply its own enforcement penalties rather than disregarding breaches.
The government gave additional powers to family courts to enforce Child Arrangements Orders that are breached. Currently only 2% of these orders are enforced. If the family court creates orders it should have conviction to enforce them akin to the system in Denmark, protecting children not parents.
