Remove Royal Mail's right to bring private prosecutions.

What the petition asks
Royal Mail currently have the right to bring private prosecutions in the UK, stemming from their own internal investigations. If there is a crime in Royal Mail, it should be passed on to the CPS. This would prevent cases costing tax payers money unnecessarily and stop innocent people being hounded.
