What the petition asks
Truck drivers are the life blood to an Island like the UK and we are seeing increased attacks by immigrants in Calais on both British and Foreign truckers,We want the UK Government to actually do something to protect truck drivers before someone is killed.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
Law and order in Calais is the responsibility of the French authorities.
