Abolish the clause in EU Gun reform that will deny access to deactivated weapons

What the petition asks
Collectors and re-enactors from across Europe will be affected by the new EU Gun Laws. This will damage all EU Countries Museum collections, personal collections and the ability to be able to teach the history of warfare to future generations.

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
