Introduce a No-Kill policy for all pet-type animals

Rejected 19 signatures

What the petition asks

Many countries have banned the euthanasia of healthy dogs and cats. In the light of the recent case of Max, destroyed by the charity Blue Cross against the owner's wishes, Britain should revoke what amounts to capital punishment of pets and restore its leadership role in animal welfare.
